What Is Sip Into Spring?
Sip Into Spring is a one-day wine trail celebration featuring seasonal experiences across six beautiful Lake Country wineries. Guests will enjoy fresh wine releases, curated pairings, spring markets, and experiences that celebrate the return of warmer days in the vineyards. Each winery will offer its own unique spring experience, allowing guests to discover something new at every stop along the trail.

How It Works:
Each winery will host its own individual experience with its own entry fee.
Prices vary, so you can customize your day based on what interests you most.
Choose your own route — there’s no single ticket or fixed itinerary.
Visit one, a few, or all six — it’s up to you to create your perfect spring day!

Experience: Flavours of Spring tasting experience, featuring a variety of sweet and savoury seasonal bites inspired by the fresh flavours of spring, thoughtfully paired with our award-winning wines.

Experiences: 1) Wine Trivia at Gray Monk Winery - Complimentary Experience
Test your wine knowledge with three curated tasting stations hosted throughout the winery. Each station highlights a different wine style and a piece of Gray Monk history.
Answer winery trivia correctly for a chance to win exclusive coupons and tasting vouchers.. Cost: Free. Prizes available while supplies last.

2) Sip for a Cause Enjoy a refreshing Pinot Freezio with proceeds supporting the Lake Country Food Bank.

Experience: Pulled pork slider with goat cheese & jalapeno jelly (made in-house) paired with our signature wine slush

Ex Nihilo Vineyards Experience: Visitors can pot their own herbs or edible flowers at a planting station with a $10 donation to the Lake Country Food Bank. Sip a fresh spring flight featuring ‘24 Imagine Sparkling, ‘24 Pinot Gris, ‘25 Chardonnay (new release!), and ‘24 Vampata Rosé ($16), and enjoy smoky bites hot off the grill including pulled pork sandwiches ($15), veggie bratwurst ($12), and parmesan & truffle popcorn ($5).

Experience: Join us on the Peak Patio and Pergola overlooking the vines for a lively backyard-style gathering featuring roast lamb fresh from the grill. Enjoy a feature wine flight (2024 Rosé, 2024 Collaboration Red, 2024 Syrah + 2024 Cabernet Sauvignon barrel sample) paired with a BBQ lamb roast, available as an appetizer or full entrée.
